πŸš‘ Kartik Ambulance Job

A complete medical roleplay system for FiveM. It replaces your death script, your ambulance job and your hospital β€” then adds the layer none of them have: every bullet, fall and car crash leaves a specific injury on a specific body part, and a medic has to find it, diagnose it and treat it with the right item.

Easy to learn, deep to master. A brand-new medic just follows the Next steps list in the patient chart β€” the script always tells them the most urgent thing to do right now. A veteran runs X-rays, blood cultures, surgery and autopsies.

Nothing is hardcoded in files you cannot edit. Hospitals, EMS jobs, rank permissions and report templates are all built in game through /emsadmin and saved to your database. No restarts.

🩸 Injuries that are actually specific

  • Bleeding, wounds, fractures, burns, bruises, infections, internal bleeding and concussions
  • Eight body parts, each tracked separately, each with its own severity
  • Damage is mapped from the weapon and the bone that was hit β€” a shotgun to the chest is not a knife to the arm
  • Wounds get dirty, get infected, and need cleaning before they are closed

🧍 Last stand & death

  • Collapse, crawl, bleed out, send a distress signal
  • Death screen with a respawn timer and a live count of medics on duty
  • Five built-in themes β€” modern, minimal, critical, cinematic, monitor β€” or style your own
  • An AI medic can be called when nobody is on duty, for a price you set

πŸ€• Injuries that change how you play

A broken arm ruins your aim. A broken leg stops you jumping. Broken ribs drain your stamina. A concussion can black you out at the wheel. Injuries are not a number in a menu β€” they follow you until someone treats them.

🦠 Illness, addiction and the environment

  • 20 diseases with staged symptoms, contagion, chronic conditions and sepsis
  • Opioid dependence, withdrawal and overdose β€” hook up your own drug items
  • Blood alcohol, breathalyzers and alcohol poisoning
  • Hypothermia and heat dehydration driven by weather, night, altitude, water and what you are wearing

🩺 Diagnosis with real tools

Pulse oximeter, BP cuff, thermometer, stethoscope, penlight and glucometer each reveal real vitals. Nothing is handed to the medic for free β€” a hidden fracture stays hidden until someone palpates it or X-rays it.

πŸ’Š Treatment

30+ treatments and medications, each fixing a specific problem. Tourniquets, packing, sutures, splints, casts, collars, IV fluids, oxygen, analgesia, antibiotics, antidotes. The chart only offers what actually applies, and tells you why when it refuses.

⚑ Cardiac arrest

Real heart rhythms, rolled from the cause of death. Some you shock, some you absolutely do not. CPR, defibrillation, adrenaline between shocks, and a live rhythm strip on the monitor.

πŸ₯ A hospital that is actually a hospital

  • X-Ray, CT, MRI, laboratory, blood cultures and surgery
  • Blood bank with blood typing and transfusion reactions
  • Beds, check-in desk, pharmacy, insurance plans and billing
  • A live hospital board on an in-world TV: who is on shift, free beds, incoming ambulances
  • Stretchers that raise, lower, sit up and fold β€” with CPR on the move

πŸ“± The EMS Tablet

Dispatch, nearby patients, medical records, reports and templates, prescriptions, callouts, the hospital board, the morgue, insurance plans, staff permissions and career progression. Pages a rank cannot use are hidden, so a trainee sees a simpler tablet than a chief.

🚨 AI callouts

Random patients with real complaints spawned around the map, so a medic always has something to do when the server is quiet. They pay, they give XP, and transporting them to hospital pays more.

πŸŽ“ EMS Academy

Graded training scenarios on a mannequin patient β€” from a diabetic emergency to a chest gunshot. Guided runs keep the protocol on screen and tick each step off as it is done; Exam runs tell you nothing until the debrief. Every run is scored against the real protocol, with penalties for the dangerous mistakes, and a department leaderboard per scenario.

Your new medics train themselves, on a mannequin, instead of on a real player's character.

🧭 Onboarding built in

A first-run walkthrough explains the death screen the first time someone goes down, the check-in desk the first time they use one, and tours the tablet the first time a medic opens it. Nobody has to be told how the script works out of character.

⚰️ Permadeath & forensics (optional)

Admin-approved final kills, decomposing bodies, DNA identification, autopsies and death certificates. Turn it off entirely if it is not your server's style.

πŸ› οΈ Admin panel

Every setting, hospital, job, permission and template in one in-game window. The hospital creator places beds, desks, scanners, morgue tables, monitors, elevators and TVs with a live ghost preview β€” and saves them to your database, so it works with any MLO.
