Classic mode — a realtor job creates and sells state-owned property. Simple and familiar, with no land economy.
Block mode — player-run companies buy land blocks, build on them, and operate their own real-estate agencies. A complete player-driven economy.
The same tablet UI and all core features work in both modes — switch between them with a single config flag.
